We have been members of Direct Plus for several years and have been extremely happy with the wide range of manufactures that they have access to. We began our relationship with Direct Plus when we were doing a remodel / addition to our home. We first heard about Direct Plus when we were looking for baby furniture. The prices in the big box stores were eye opening and we soon realized that this child was going to cost us a lot of money. A friend told us about Direct Plus and we were able to furnish the entire nursery for 1/3 of the price. That was 8 years ago. We had such a great experience with the knowledgeable staff that we have purchased several items since (beds, dressers, chair, kitchen table, occasional tables, rugs and hardwood floors). We even remodeled our kitchen. Because of Direct Plus, we were able to contract the job ourselves and get the kitchen of our dreams. We ended up saving $60,000 on the kitchen remodel. We purchased our daughters baby furniture there and years later bought furniture for her house at college. Tom, Jim, and all the staff have always been friendly and helpful. Only once did we receive a piece of furniture that was damaged and Tom had it replaced immediately. The savings over the years has been well worth our membership. We've been a part of Direct Plus since the early '90s. Almost every room in our house, or on the patio, has at least one of their furniture pieces. We continue to return because of the great prices and top quality items. A true value in every sense of the word.
