My wife Carol and I have only been members a short time but we had no hesitation when it came time to renew. The variety available and the service provided was outstanding. We bought a 20 year old home that can use upgrades here and there and direct plus has been a reliable source for not only furnishings but vendors who can help with improvements inside and out.

We're going into our second year as Direct Plus members... and couldn't be happier! A friend introduced us to the company after we consistently commented on her great furniture. After visiting the warehouse, I was hooked. I was amazed at how much Direct Plus had to offer. The furniture

We have been members since the concept was started here in Indianapolis. I can't recall how many years, but at least 15. We moved into our present home 12 years ago and we completely remodeled the entire home. We purchased all of our carpet, blinds, Corian countertops, and bedroom outfit at that time and the savings was incredible. We have since purchased furniture for our son and his family. The staff at Direct Plus is very very helpful and there is no pressure to buy, just their insistance to help. Prior to joining Direct Plus we had been members of the other direct buying company locally. There is no comparison as to the service that is provided at Direct Plus. The selection is varied and has met all of our needs. Personal service is beyond any that we have experienced before. We have been members for just 4 years but we have had the opportunity to purchase many things from Direct Plus. We have ordered furniture and purchased furniture off of the floor. We have never been let down, the process happens and delivery is handled all in the manner that the employees promise. We have also used their "partners" to purchase flooring and landscaping products and have been blown away at the discounted prices and quality of service that we have received through these other companies as well. It seems too good to be true but with the low membership fee and quality of service this is the REAL DEAL in wholesale shopping!

Member for only a little over a year yet my first purchase saved me over $3000 compared to two local furniture stores. We have been members of Direct Plus for over four years. Direct Plus is always the first place we think of when we have any type of home related purchase to make. We have purchased a kitchen table, bedroom set, sectional, office furniture, game room furniture, theater seating and bar stools, and we have also used their related vendors. I have been a Direct Plus member for many years and have come to rely on your honest and reasonable pricing. On one occasion, I did a complete kitchen remodel. I had estimates drawn up for the custom box cabinets from the two large home improvement stores and Direct Plus. While the improvement stores both came in around $23,000.00, the Direct Plus estimate was $10,000.00 less with the same cabinet features and quality. I also enjoyed similar savings while installing the countertops. I have plans to complete another remodel in the near future and Direct Plus will be my “go to” place to finish it.

We have been members for over two years but have only had a chance recently to use the wonderful benefits of Direct Plus. We finally finished our basement! In doing so, we have ordered Klipsch home theater speaker system, saving around $1000.00 and will soon order theater seating and a pool table saving us more than $3000.00 combined! My husband and I were sitting in the parking lot of one of the "big box" retailers to check pricing on their speaker systems when we got to talking about Direct Plus and said to one another "I bet Direct Plus can get Klipsch speakers." My husband called Direct Plus, we were quoted a price right on the spot, placed our order and never got out of the car to check pricing anywhere else!

Direct Plus has been more than easy to work with every time we have called them! We will definitely continue our memebership for years to come!

My wife and I just recently got married a few months ago and needed to find new bedroom furniture. We were referred to Direct Plus back in November and were able to save a lot of money by purchasing our bedroom set through your company. It sure beat my original plan of fighting a large crowd on black Friday to get some "great" deal through another store that would offer more expensive product with less quality. By going through Direct Plus we were able to take our time looking through a large selection of furniture and saved over $2500 off of retail price.
